Refund and Returns Policy

Policy Duration
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
Online Courses
- Refunds are available for online courses within 14 days of purchase
- To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content
- Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment
Digital Downloads
- Digital downloads are non-returnable once the file has been downloaded
- By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge that the product is immediately accessible and cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable software products
- Digital downloads
- Online course content after 30% completion
- Gift cards
Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at contact@nolliedesign.com
- For online courses, provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for refund
- Confirmation of course completion status
- Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days
Refund Conditions
We offer partial or no refunds in the following situations:
- Course content more than 30% completed
- Digital download files already accessed
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase date
Refund Method
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
- Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card company
- Verify processing times with your bank

Shipping
- Not applicable for digital products
- For any physical materials, shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
- We replace items only if they are defective
- For digital products, contact us for technical support
Gifts
- Gift purchases follow the same refund policy
- Gift credits may be issued for eligible returns
