Refund and Returns Policy

Policy Duration

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

Online Courses

  • Refunds are available for online courses within 14 days of purchase
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content
  • Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment

Digital Downloads

  • Digital downloads are non-returnable once the file has been downloaded
  • By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge that the product is immediately accessible and cannot be returned

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software products
  • Digital downloads
  • Online course content after 30% completion
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

  1. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@nolliedesign.com
  2. For online courses, provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Reason for refund
    • Confirmation of course completion status
  3. Refund requests will be reviewed within 5-7 business days

Refund Conditions

We offer partial or no refunds in the following situations:

  • Course content more than 30% completed
  • Digital download files already accessed
  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase date

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment
  • Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Verify processing times with your bank
  4. If issues persist, contact us at contact@nolliedesign.com

Shipping

  • Not applicable for digital products
  • For any physical materials, shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective
  • For digital products, contact us for technical support

Gifts

  • Gift purchases follow the same refund policy
  • Gift credits may be issued for eligible returns
